Within 48 hours of delivery, the customer should notify us if there is a change of heart dilemma. We allow exchange of items as long as we are notified early and that the watch is in the original and same faultless condition.

The customer shall not be entitled to any cash refund but the customer will be entitled to a store credit with no deductions to the purchase value. We do not charge a restocking fee. In this event, the customer will be responsible for any damages that occur while in transit back to us, until the watch is back in our possession. The customer will also shoulder all shipping costs to be incurred forward and back.

The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was sold. It cannot have been worn, altered, scratched or damaged in any way. All original tags must still be attached. The watch must be returned including all boxes, papers, books, and all included accessories – also in their original condition. We will inspect this thoroughly first and we deserve the right to deny exchange if the item is not in the same condition as it was sold.
